So, I (34F) am currently obese at around 250 lbs. I never seriously worked out. I started my weight loss journey and I am pretty confident in my eating habits right now so I feel it's time to incorporate workouts. Ideally at home. But I don't know how and where to start.
I would love app / youtube playlist / program / anything for coach potatoes (ideally both strength training and cardio) that also takes into account that I am indeed obese and can't just "go for a run". and that get's progressively more difficult. Because I can not really assess whether some workout I see on instagram is beginner friendly or not.
Do you have experience with anything? Or at least tips for some good youtubers in this sphere?
Thanks everyone!
