I cooked some healthy veggie noodles but I eat very large portions because well...the taste good. Sometimes even beyond after if I am full. How bad is this for me?
Post Body

I'm just kind of wondering if I am cancelling out the benefit of eating healthy food by eating large quantities. I can't help it! I am proud of my cooking that I have learned and its delicious.

I generally don't want to feel guilty about indulging myself and I reason that I should take care of some other lifestyle things: sleep, activity, what I eat, etc before worrying about indulging in a ton of healthy soup or noodles.

I don't know what else to put here but apparently I need more words to post here so here's the first line of lyrics for the wheels on the bus.

The wheels on the bus go 'Round and 'round
'Round and 'round
'Round and 'round
The wheels on the bus go 'Round and 'round
All through the town
