Hi loseit friends.
I'm 31m, 5'11", 185lb looking to get fit and live a healthier life. I need you guys to tell me if I'm eating too much still because it feels like it.
I woke up one day and thought I should hit the gym. So I did. I've been doing it consistently for 2 weeks and I actually look forward to going to the gym now(my old self would've done it for 3 days and quit).
MY ROUTINE
1.Morning workout(1hr incline treadmill)
2.Eat Oikos Triple Zero calories yogurt
3.Shower
4.Eat late brunch(1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 sweet potato, & spinach, banana, berries smoothie.
*For dinner, I eat whatever, but very mindful of how much I intake(cause calorie deficit lol)
My question is this. I'm extremely full after my #4(late brunch). I know, it's better than eating a bowl of sugary cereal, but I can't help but feel like I'm still eating too much? I try to tell myself that it's a good thing that the satiety is kicking in, but... am I eating too much?
P.S. you might think it's dumb and I kinda think that too, but I really want to get it right this time.
