I've recently started to work with a trainer so i don't hurt myself while exercising. I train 3 days a week and do cardio stretching on my off days. eventually I will go to 2 days a week, then nothing. Diet is going to be a big part of reaching my open ended fitness goal. I started out with the idea of 'losing 25 pounds' but as my strength increases, I don't know if I will see that result, and I don't really care if I do.
What I'm looking for is a diet that works well to lose weight while putting on muscle, and the best way to track my results. Should I be measuring inches and bodyfat %?
