Quickly approaching goal weight 3.5 lbs to go. Would appreciate any good tips for maintenance so I donโ€™t end back up in this situation
Post Body

Went from 165 to 185 in a matter of year. Iโ€™m 168.5 as of today. Will probably be 165 in the next few weeks any tips to not gain the weight back when trying to maintain and build muscle.

This is my plan as of now but I love to learn from experience and mistakes, so feel free to give input or what you would tweak:

Track maintenance calories for a few months maybe to the end of the year especially with the holidays coming up. Once I get the idea of what I should be eating fall back on the tracking still weighing regularly to make sure Iโ€™m not gaining

As for building muscle 1g of protein per 1lb

To get my newbie gains 6 days in the gym split up like this:

Day 1: Glutes and Legs Day 2: Arms and Back Day 3: Core and Cardio Day 4: Glutes and Legs Day 5: Back Day 6: Light Cardio (30 minutes or so)

Is there anything I could add or tweak?
