I’m currently on a weight loss journey. I’m not wanting to drop weight quickly but 2/3lbs a week. I’m hoping to drop a stone by November/Decemeber.
I recently started not to feel hungry and lost over 5lbs in one week (wahey!) but it must have been a one off because now Im feeling like I'm starving all the time. I just need something to suppress my appetite. My meals that I eat aren’t crazy bad, I just seem to eat a lot of them. I’m trying to start eating heavily protein meals to fill me up longer and I’m having two meals a day. So you could say I’m fasting as well.
I’m not sure if liquid intake could be higher to suppress the hunger but was hoping for a natural remedy. If you have used anything can you let me know. I want people to have actually used it and saw results. I don’t want to spend money for the sake of it.
