I’m looking for any tips on how people deal with increased hunger and cravings during their period.
I tracked calories throughout August and have had a successful start (down 7 pounds last month!) I figured out how many calories I need to feel satisfied and also lose weight. However, it becomes a lot harder to have that consistency when ~that time of the month~ begins.
I tried eating at my maintenance calories instead of a deficit, but eating more just seemed to make me want even more. It led to a binge one day so I haven’t eaten at maintenance again.
What’s worked for other people?
