Hi folks,
I've been on a weight loss journey for a little over a year. It's not my only weight loss journey in life, but my most recent one has been a little over a year long. I weighed myself this morning and had a whoosh! My weight had gone from 143lb yesterday to 140.4lbs today. It dawned on me that I'm only 5.4lbs from my goal of 135lb. The thing is, my body doesn't look like my goal body. I don't see much of a transformation from my upper weights. I thought with only 5ish pounds to go it would look much closer to my goal body. I still have weight on the belly and hips that I'm not happy with. Makes me wonder if my goal is still too heavy for my 5'7" frame. I had spent most of my adult life around 135lb and was happy with it. At 120ish lbs I look very very thin. No belly thankfully, but a bit too thin. I'm not sure getting down to that weight is sustainable or even healthy for me. Advice? Feedback? What are your thoughts?
