Hi, i hope this post dont break any rule, so here i go, i have 26 and currently i weight 224 pounds, im 5,7 height so i would like at least be in like 176Pounds

i am reducing my foods, eating more begis and abandon the sweet and delicuos junk food, i cant aford any gyms due a lack of money, but i would like to know if there is a tipe of diet that you would recomend, or some excersices rutine that i can do on my home, i dont count whit any equipment so i would like to hear any recomendations you could give me
