Feeling a bit discouraged.
Post Body

Hey guys, it's my first time posting here. I have been trying to lose weight for around three years now. Last year was when I really started losing due to eating less and eating at home mostly. I was 234lbs and now I'm down to the 200s

Around two weeks ago, I was at my lightest with 194lbs due to intermittent fasting. However, this was around Juneteenth so a lot of barbecuing and going out of town to see family happened so I broke my fasting. Also, I started doing overnight snacking, which is something I did at certain points cause I was craving I guess. When I went out of town, I was able to weigh myself and found that I was back to 206 lbs.

Then, last week I started a new job and they ordered breakfast and lunch for us all week. Although I have been trying to keep my portions down, I haven't been successful.

Example: Yesterday, I overate big time and had three bowls of ice cream. I don't eat ice cream as much these days so this was a bit out of the ordinary for me. I just weighed myself after getting off from work and I'm at 208 lbs

I can definitely see where I messed up and I don't want to make excuses. I just wanna see how I can get back on track. My goal weight is 150lbs but I think losing 5lbs is a victory.
