I feel slightly addicted to sugar/chocolate
Post Body

Every afternoon I have cravings for something sugary. I'm slightly overweight. I'm not that much into food. I mean that I will never eat too much, I pretty much don't care about eating dinner for example. Or if I see something tasty but salty, I'm immune to it. The opposite can be said about me and chocolate. I can't resist. It started to bug me. I know that these few extra pounds are because of it.

So I did something radical. From eating something with chocolate daily, I'm eating for 2-3 days/week. And when I do I've searched for healthier options. So I'm eating ice cream (mostly sorbet and not a large quantity). I'm also back to the gym (I do crossfit but had a small break). I haven't noticed any great difference in the scales but I've noticed on my clothes and during training.

In the beginning I was feeling tired, angry and sleepy. Now I think I'm okay.

I don't know what I was lacking all that time. Maybe the will, who knows. But damn sugar is so easy. You don't feel full. You eat something sugary and then you're hungry again. I never felt that I had enough.
