I am a mailman(29 years old)who walks a 12 mile route 5 days a week(60 miles total) my first meal is around 11 am and it has consistently been a small salad made up of spinach onion tomatoes and 1.5 boiled eggs with a splash of Italian dressing. I don't eat again until 8pm when me and my wife can sit down and it's usually a chicken stirfry (no rice or potatoes) or steak with roasted veg. I ussualy have on average 2 beers a day. Idk what I'm doing wrong. How do I just get a chart that tells me exactly what to strickly follow? What I'm doing now is not working.
