Just wanted to share a nice thing about gyms that makes me want to go to them more
Post Body

Hey all, l'm a recent planet fitness go-er and have just found the hydro massage, massage chairs, and the red light therapy/vibration therapy elements, and it's soooooo nice. Iā€™ve never really taken advantage of all the things that planet fitness offered, or that any gym offered, and it seems like there is so much more than I anticipate.

I was gestating to do the total body red light therapy machine because I had never done anything like it before, but wow is it amazing - itā€™s something I just want to go to the gym for, and why not do something at the gym too?

Itā€™s really fun to go full Continental Breakfast from key and peele when you can. I love the hydro massage too - if there are any things like that available, try to maximize the pleasure you link to it.

Another nice idea might be to find a place you absolutely love going thatā€™s near or right next to the gym you go to - because you might as well go to the gym also :) I think James Clear calls this ā€œhabit stackingā€ in Atomic Habits.

I suppose my advice is to cash in on every quality of life and luxury that your gym offers, because it might add a lot to the equation for getting you to the gym. :) definitely not a magic bullet, but Iā€™ve never been more motivated to go to the gym after both having a specific workout plan and really taking advantage of all the perks my gym has to offer.
