5'3 Sw: 212 Cw:210 Gw:130 calories/day 1200-1500 (I'm not perfect) walk 5000-7000 steps/day most days
I'm medicated for mental health and my doctor's think the meds might be keeping the weight on. I spent 70 days tracking everything (oil, vitamins, single bites of snacks). 1200-1500 cal/day, I ate over that once. I didn't count calories burned through exercise towards my daily calories, I just increased my steps from 1k/day to 5-7k/day. In 70days I lost almost 5lb but it was a struggle to keep it off. I got tested for PCOS and my doctor said no but I think he's wrong and I'm seeing a specialist in July. Overall I don't know what to do. After 70 days of trying I took a break when I finally got my period and went to stay at a friend's house. I also have a vacation coming up and don't want to be restricted but I'm worried I'll gain a bunch of weight. Last time I went on vacation I gained 10lb in 14 days! I feel like not only can't I win, I can't begin the race. I don't know what to do.
I'm changing my medication to see if that helps and seeing the specialist to see if it's PCOS but should it really be this impossible?
I skip breakfast and eat a weighed out lunch every day, it's my dinner that's not weighed out. I track everything I put in my mouth besides water, including 0cal beverages.
I'm not finding a way to download the data because I'm not a premium user of the app :(
I can admit I'm not perfect I don't weigh EVERYTHING but I did my best. When I didn't count I was eating the amount of a food dictated as a serving on a package or was a low calorie food. I didn't always weigh my half tomato.

I haven't added any weights or anything else. I want to go to the gym but depression and finances make it difficult at the moment. I just got a small raise so that will help.
