350lb Offensive lineman
iām a highschool student who plays o line in football and iām trying to get from 350 to 315 by august for the start of the season. i realized i needed to lose weight not just for my health but for improvement in my game and lowering the risk of injuries. i tried a 2000 calorie deficiet and i saw no results. anyone have any tips on where to start and where i should base a routine off of. really looking for kind of a mix of daily routine, exercises other then team lifts, foods to avoid and foods that are good and other things along the lines of that
