I am considering traveling more often. At home I eat 1700 calories a day. I stick to that by arranging several supermarket foods/snacks that I know will fit in my calorie budget and keeping them in my fridge.
I am considering making short trips(2 day trips) on the weekend(once or twice a month). I live in europe so most cities will be a short bus/train/plane ride away. That will help me lose weight since I'll be walking a lot and I will get a chance to travel to a diffferent city every two weeks.
However there are two issues
1.How to manage my daily caloric restrictions? Should I just take bread and cheese? I dont know if Ill be able to find a supermarket in time that has foods without pork and has a calorie label. And that calorie label is in a language I understand. Even if I do find somethign do I take it along in my backpack and eat it when hungry or do I always come back to the hotel to eat?
2.How to manage toilet? In the past when I was traveling I would just go to a restaurant for lunch/dinner/coffee and go to the toilet there. That would not be possible anymore since I wont be visiting any restaurants.
