I've been stuck around 192 to 195 for the past 6 months. When I started I was 216. I'm 35 n 5'10 so I feel 195 is a little high. My love handles wont seem to fade and my lower abdomen wont go away, where the majority of my fat is.
My goal is to get to ~185. I keep a low carb diet with one to two "cheat"(still portion controlled) meals a month. I used to do HIIT routines which at one point got me to 192. Started lifting a lot more so that is I'm sure why the scale is not moving much. However, is there anyone with tips on getting that lower abdomen/love handles off?!
