What do you guys do about hunger after losing weight?!
Post Body

I (22M) have been losing weight by steadily for the past 8 months now, i went from being 270lbs(122kg) to 185lbs(84kg) and i feel great but for some reason no matter how much i eat im always starving to the point where it’s super uncomfortable to just go about my day. Is there something you guys eat that fills you up more than other things but still healthy? I’ve been on a no sugar diet for the past 3 weeks but the starving has been going on for about 2 months now and i’m at my wits end 🥲 any advice is appreciated
