I only have time to walk after working hours which is usually at night when it's dark.
I want to walk 10k steps per day. To make my walking less boring I am considering listening to audiobooks on my walks. I'll put something on my phone and plug my earphones in my ears.
1.is it safe to have earphones on while walking at night? I cross the street sometimes. There is no public park close to my house.
2.i started walking recently and I am incredibly tired during the day. Will this get better at some point or 10k steps are too much for me? I am also on a caloric deficit to lose weight.
3.how do you find time to walk while working a full time job? A few days a week I work from home but I have a short break. I have to start early. So my only walking time is in the evening unless I somehow use my lunch time for walking
Edit: By safe I meant I don't wanna get hit by a car or a bike or something while walking. I cross many streets usually. And while listening you are usually not very alert.
I live in the Netherlands if it matters.
