M 38 South Asian 5,5 147.8lbs
Hi I just started my diet 3 weeks ago. I started at 153lbs and on my first week of eating at 1200 cals /day I went down to 143 lbs . I didn't really know how to explain it but I thought that, that was way to fast so I increased my cal count to1428 cals/day the next week and my weight shot back up to 147.8 lbs again
This is my 3rd week and i've been eating on pace of 1300 calories/day (also hitting ave 140g of protein per day) and I haven't seen the needle move even a point. Its been exactly 147.8lb since the beginning of the week.
- Is it supposed to move incrementally daily or does it all of a sudden drop at the end of the week
- How long should i stay on the same Cal count for if its stays at this 147.8lbs
- I don't feel like i can eat any less that this 1300 calories/day without compromising my protein intake. Is there any supplements I should take to aid the process?
