I want to thank all of you who reached out to me. It really helped me to feel motivated when internally it has been tough.
I have lost 5 lbs so far. Not much, I know. Seeing the scale move is a huge step for me. I think if I didn’t see anything I would have dropped off efforts in the coming week. I know y’all will say it’s placebo or water weight or just food intake. And y’all probably right. Just seeing the scale move no matter the reason makes me feel just that much more empowered.
Walking- Walk every morning for 45min. No distance goal yet just moving. Calves are sore but it feels good to move first thing in the morning again. I used to feel amazing after AM practices in college.
Lifting- 3 days a week. Bench day, squat day, and deadlift. Been keepin it lighter and just moving. Someone recommended 100 reps on bench and squat so I’m doing that for a couple weeks. Would like to hear ideas on how to make progress off of it. If anyone as some.
Food- Just cutting back all the crap. Looked in my kitchen. Like really looked. Nothing but crap. So no crazy diet just don’t eat the junk.
