So over the past year and a half or so, I have been going through struggles and challenges with loosing weight. Depression, friends moving away, and many other factors have caused me to loose weight due to only eating one time a day. Now my mental health is better of course now, I still donβt eat more than one meal a day, with a couple of snacks throughout the day. Recently I have been tracking my calories as well, and on an average day I eat 1250 calories. I am currently standing at 6β1 300lbs. I have currently set a goal of 240lbs by July 23rd. In addition to setting this goal I have started to watch the more sugary foods I eat, and have started cardio for 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. Accordingly I have also added small amounts of weight (around 125lbs) on the bench, and have been doing 5 sets, 5 reps. My question to you guys is, with consistent calorie tracking and exercise, can I realistically expect to be down to 240 by july. Accordingly is there anything else you guys would recommend me do to loose weight more efficiently.
