hi guys, so its been 2 months since I've been doing to the gym. I am 20yo, weigh 70kg (132lbs), am 165cm tall (5,4 ft) and I wanna lose 5kg. I initially was 86kg and got my way to 70kg in 5 months only.
My calorie intake is 1500 calories, yet I'm not dropping weight. My muscles arent growing either. Its only been 2 months since I have taken going to the gym seriously, but I was expecting to see more muscle mass within 2 months.
The thing is, I dont know if I should lock in on losing weight by only doing cardio, and get to 65kg in 1/2 months, and ofc ditch the gym. Then once I get to 65kg I'll get back to working out. Option #2 is to keep going to the gym and doing cardio too without seeing any results.
What am I supposed to do? this is driving me crazy. I weigh myself every day to only see I'm 70kg :(
Its killing me every day.
