Seeking Advice From People Who Work a Desk Job
Post Body

Hi everyone! :)

I've recently found my first 9-5 office job after graduating in December, which I'm super happy about. Today is my third day and it's going well! But I am also concerned about how sedentary I have been. Fortunately, I will be working from home on Mondays and Fridays so I really only need to worry about Tuesday to Thursday.

For working from home I will be investing in a standing desk and walking pad, but this is not an option in the office. For those of you who do work in a sedentary job, how do you manage to keep active?

I also feel like I eat more at the office compared to at home, which concerns me. I used to not eat until 2 or 3pm but now I feel ravenous by 12pm and eat my lunch then (I bring my lunch from home).

Would love to hear any advice or tips you may have!
