Not literally, but maybe one day? Lol I’m posting cause I’m committing to a healthy life style again! I previously lost 50lbs between October of 2022 and May of 2023, bringing me down to 263lbs. I did this by vaguely counting calories, walking to work everyday, lowering my portions of unhealthy foods and healthy snacking.
Now I’m at 276.8lbs, with the goal weight of 250lbs.( I’m also a 25 year old, 6’3, man. Just to post the stats.) A lot has happened since my last weight loss, going back to school in a couple months and naturally that makes me a bit nervous.
But right now I’m here, I’m excited to get back to healthy routines and giving myself lots of love during the ups and downs of this journey :)
