-without increasing the deficit in the following week?
I've been trying to strategize and keep my deficit fairly small as I've struggled with binging in the past, but I feel like I have very little room for error or cheat days now. On previous diets (which longterm did not work for me), it wasn't so hard to recover from mistakes because I could make it up fairly quickly.
But earlier this week I accidentally went WAY over my calorie limit (1500) and I don't know how to substitute for this without restricting my calories more for the rest of the week. I could exercise more, but it's not nearly as effective.
