How long do you think it’d take to go from 33% to 25% in body fat?
Post Body

Hello! Im 24F, 5”2, 132 lbs. I believe I’m around 33% body fat and would like to get to around 25%.

The past year I’ve been boomeranging between 123-127 but due to anxiety and a bit of depression recently I haven’t been moving around much and now hit 132 which is the most I’ve ever been. Honestly it’s kind of freaking me out a little and I would like to slim down, not just for my body but I think it will help me mentally too.

My goal is to not have such a loose stomach, I’d like to get from 31 inches to 28 inches at least on my waist and somewhere around 110 lbs. I look relatively slim if I suck in, which I think is similar to what I want to look like without having to suck in, but when I do this my stomach looks wrinkly. :/ Does anyone similar to me have any advice/tips on how to go about this? And how long this would take? I’m not a big fan of the gym but I have a treadmill, rowing machine, and some small weights at home. Is it enough to do each for 30 minutes 3x a week? And would doing YouTube videos such as blogilates or yoga help? I’m also starting to try and keep my eating window between 12-9pm.

My measurements are 36-31-38 (stomach is 36in) and size 4-6, Small, right now if that helps.

I’m starting to date for the first time in my life too and now that I am, I’m feeling extra self conscious of how I look (especially since I have a small chest and butt lol the weight doesn’t go there), but I don’t want that to stop me and would like to feel more confident about myself.

Please let me know what you think and thanks for the help!
