I have a slow cooker. ... never really used it. I wanna change that 😁
But I'm a single Pringle and can't imagine eating a whole ass crockpot full of whatever I cook is gonna be good for weight loss lol. So my fellow, soon to no longer be fattys (that name doesn't roll off the tongue lol), what should I make?
I've never been good at meal prepping in general and I've already said that my crackpot has mostly been just for decoration at this point lol. I have no food allergies that I'm aware of and am happy eating pretty much anything and everything lol. Gasp is that how I got fat!? ... probably.
What are your secret meal prep / crockpot life hacks?!?!? Hmmm!?!?!
