I stopped gyming 6 months ago & started eating when my boyfriend ate (new relationship, what can I say). Okay fine.
My issue now is, how can I lose water weight most effectively? the scale matters to me when it comes to a fresh start, sorry, its a psychological thing.
I know CICO is key, I've already started going back to eating 2.5 meals a day instead of whatever all the junk food we were eating.
My plan is to go as keto as possible, a carb day followed minimum carb day as well (carb cycling), resistance train 5 days a week (stuck at 4), an evening fat burner and hopefully manage my PCOS daily (the REAL issue)
