Scarring, pimples, darkness in inner back thigh region? How to fix?
Post Body

I'm sure you guys have seen my older posts. I try to contribute a lot here since I've really enjoyed this community.

So I M26 started on March 2023. I was 600lbs. Today I weighed in at 390. It's been crazy but as I get closer to my goal my patience thins and I really have to push myself to suck it up.

Now due to my tremendous weight I have loose skin and I anticipate I'll have more. I have a lot of fat in my stomach area and my pp area lol and that kills my confidence tremendously and I feel inadequate at times. Now more of it is starting to show as I lose weight but another issue I have is that my skin in that region looks like shit. It's dark, I have scaring, some pimples and it doesn't look attractive to me. It is mainly between my inner thighs, lower back thighs and near my balls kinda? I was thinking of bleaching getting some surgery when I reach my goals.

I have been using creams and I wash really well and use great hygiene but the aesthetics are really downing me. I have a dermatologist appointment in May but I was wondering if anyone with the experience knows what I can use or do to clear it up or improve it meanwhile?

Also which manager do I have to speak with to get my tummy and pubic region to lose all the fat asap lol. I do tons of weight lifting and cardio.

Hope everyone is doing well and I wish y'all the best!
