I struggle tremendously with food , I can workout every single day but when it comes to cravings and sugar I want it so badly and I'll purchase it and say I'll have it once on a weekend and it never happens I end up never being satisfied and wanting more . How do you break that habit?
What is your night time routine I find from 7- 930 at night sweets are calling my name 😅😅
Should I weigh everyday or only weight periodically? Once a month or every few months ? What do you find that helps you?
