Getting ready to start on a plan to lose 70 lbs.
Post Body
Hello all. I am at my 2nd time being where I am now, at my heaviest of 202. By the time the holidays are over, I'm sure it'll be 203 or 204. My heaviest was 206 about 15 or 16 years ago.
I play a lot of tennis, which has kept me in shape FOR an out of shape person. I still struggle with stairs, lifting heavy things, etc. I can run about 2 miles at a pace of a 14 minute mile.
What's discouraging is that I used to be in GREAT shape. I ran 4 half marathons, used to teach aerobics, etc. I somehow just gained all this weight back and it's so hard to get it off. I'm going to start again strong this Friday. Any tips for starting out or staying motivated? I'll be losing this weight for most of 2024.
