Struggling with motivation
Post Body

I’ve managed to get down from 13 to 11st but my goal weight is 10st 3lbs. However I have an athletic build so I look fit and the only actual part of my body I don’t like is my stomach (I know I can spot lose weight).

The lowest I’ve got to is 10st 7lbs and bc I look pretty good and very slim I tend to start losing motivation to get those final 4lbs off.

I’m back up to 11st 8lbs atm bc of recent poor dieting choices and bc I’ve added heavy weightlifting to my 5x a week gym routing which has added 2lbs :(.

How do I motivate myself to stay the course? I’m eating around 1300 cals a day and just want to get to my goal, just to show myself I can do what I put my mind to. I just seem to give up on myself though, so Redditors can you give me some advice???
