Posting here just in case any other short hungry women like me who have really low BMR(daily calorie allowances are low because we are SHORT) who wanna lose weight without starving on such low calories
10 WEEK ~1200KCAL MEAL PLAN - 70-75$ per week cost to buy the groceries
6 days a week with 1 day off ! Full body workout 3-4X a week (@kimisstrong on Instagram)
Grocery list : - [ ] dozen eggs - [ ] 1LB Chicken - [ ] 1LB Fish - [ ] 1LB Beef - [ ] 32oz rice - [ ] 6 count skinny pop bags - [ ] 3LB Red potatoes bag - [ ] 3, different varieties of 16oz Frozen vegetables - [ ] Lite ranch dressing - [ ] Bag of baby carrots - [ ] Bunch of celery - [ ] 3 Bell peppers - [ ] Pack of Mozzarella string cheese - [ ] 2 packages of fruit (strawberries or grapes or cherry tomatoes or 6 count of bananas) - [ ] Small package of Dark Chocolate - [ ] 24oz of Greek yogurt (or 6 OIKOS / CHOBANI / SIGGIs brand individual servings any flavors)
Breakfast (~300KCAL) -2 hard boiled eggs -1 banana or grapes or cherry tomatoes or strawberries (about a cup) -4oz or one individual serving of Greek yogurt
Lunch (~400KCAL) -4oz of chicken or fish or beef -1 cup or more of any frozen vegetables -1 small potato baked
Dinner (~450KCAL) -4oz of beef or chicken or fish -1/2 cup cooked rice
Snack (~100KCAL) PICK ONE : - 1 individual serving of skinny pop - Sliced celery / baby carrots / sliced bell pepper (any quantity) served with no more than 1 serving of lite ranch - 2 sticks of mozzarella string cheese
Dark chocolate eat serving size only in times of stress and horror only once per day.
UPDATE - down to 155lb as of today doing this method
