Guys!!! I walk on my lunch everyday for 20 minutes (so I still have 10 minutes to eat my lunch), at first it was just about movement but now I have made myself a goal. The goal is to get to the point where I can walk a full mile in 15 minutes.
When I first started walking I was at 22 minutes per mile, which is something, but not a good pace. Slowly I started to realize my pace was getting better and better.
I didn’t think I’d actually be able to accomplish a 15 minute mile or anything close to it, but today I did a mile in 15:23!!! It gives me hope that soon I’ll get to 15 minutes flat.
There’s also two hills included in this so some days I really struggle to do my pace. I am so happy! I wanted to attach a photo but apparently this sub doesn’t allow that lol.
