I (M30) am going through a breakup as of 24th July, and am going to focus on myself and I want to lose weight. But my issue is that I have no appetite at the moment and have been regularly missing meals this week, or not finishing what I have prepared. Can almost count on 1 hand what I have eaten this week in total. Now I know this will not last and things will get better, blah blah blah, but my question is if I miss meals for a few weeks or eat alot less than I am supposed too, is that going to be a huge problem going forward or will it not make much difference?
I am 327lbs as per scales yesterday. 299lbs is the lowest I know I have been and that was November last year and I lost 84lbs to get that far, so I know what I need to eat and I know what I need to do, it's just getting back to that when I have no appetite and the depression trying to take over
Hope that makes sense and thank you in advance for help and suggestions.
