Hey everyone! 20 M here, and kinda just wanna appreciate my weight loss journey after 2 months or so, give or take (I’ve done lost count lol).
To start off, I’m down about 32 pounds. I started at 268 pounds, and now I’m 236 pounds. I’m a bit unsure as to how I’ve lost a lot of weight so quick, but I guess it’s a good thing? Anyone know how I’m losing so much so quick? Besides that though, My stomach is shrinking, I’ve maintained my calorie deficient while eating properly, and I’ve cut out a LOT of the bad stuff I was consuming like sodas and fats and unhealthy foods.
I’ve also been lifting weights since. I’ve definitely gotten stronger, and I’m proud of how far I’ve came! I work out a LOT, and while I still have my stomach and “love handles” around, it’s slowly shrinking. I’m pretty sure I’m an XL now, and I started at a 2XL.
Guess I just wanted to say that my determination to see this journey through is really starting to pay off! Feeling better than ever, and it’s really just getting started haha. Hope everyone has a good day, evening or night, and good luck to everyone who’s on their weight loss journey too! :)
