I have managed to shed 28 kilograms, going from 91kg to 63kg! This transformation has been a result of my commitment to cardio exercise, adopting healthier eating habits, and incorporating some light weight lifting into my routine. It's been an empowering journey, and I couldn't be prouder of the progress I've made! 🏋️♀️🥗
However, life has a way of throwing unexpected curveballs, and recently I went through a difficult breakup. These past three weeks have been a real challenge for me, as I've found myself completely demotivated. My appetite has gone WAY up, I haven't been staying in a calorie deficit, and my workouts have taken a complete backseat. It's been tough to find the time and energy to focus on myself. 😔
To be honest, I've felt ashamed and avoided stepping on the scales lately to avoid looking at the damage as ive definitely put a little weight back on. But today, I am reaching out to all of you because I could really use your support and motivation and advice. 🙏 Especially if anyone has found themselves in a similar situation.
