Hi all I'm 5"2 and 103kg ( 227 pounds) I'm obviously very overweight-obese really and I'm struggling to find the motivation and discipline to work out and eat well. I have adhd that has just been diagnosed and will start meds soon which hopefully will help but honestly I'm so distraught and I don't know what to do. I order uber eats/ take away all tje time even when im not hungry. I think it's the emotional disregulation and dopamine seeking, which the adhd don't help. I feel like I binge eat a bit with these foods as I can't seem to choose what I want so I buy multiple meals at once and then cause I don't feel hungry/full I keep eating. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏
