Hi everyone! :) I'm curious if anyone feels the same way I do regarding changing their flairs.
As you can see, I started at my highest of 169lbs and now have it at 145lbs. The truth is, I've been alternating between 141 and 142 lately. But I am reluctant to change it because the pessimist in me is saying "What if it's just a fluke? What if you gain it all back?" (I know, not a healthy mindset).
I started being more mindful of my eating and physical activity about a month ago, and for the past 2 weeks or so I've been hovering around 141-142. So I'm cautiously optimistic. But there's still that little nagging feeling of "You're still 145 and the change is temporary".
Can anyone relate? How often do you change your flair?
