I just read through this and I just wanted to apologize in advance for the typing errors. I’m blind, so when I use Reddit I use Siri to dictate text, and a lot of the times that isn’t exactly super accurate. Sorry about that!
I ask this because I’m trying to balance my diet a bit better, and make sure that I’m reaching the amount of vitamins and minerals that I need daily in my diet. I’ve been drinking a Soylent a day to make steps toward the school, which is great, because it provides 20% of everything I need daily for about 400 cal, which is nice. But my question is, how on earth do you guys reach 100% of your daily vitamins and minerals well on a calorie deficit? Because even if I were to drink nothing but a Soylent, which to my understanding is one of the most nutrient dense foods you can find in grocery stores, You would still need to drink five of them in order to reach that goal daily, which would be about 2000 cal, which isn’t nearly enough to have a nice calorie deficit unless I’m walking 5 miles a day. So how do you guys do it?
