Any recommendations on ignoring fake hunger pain?
I try but I just feel weak and miserable when I cut down at all, it hurts so much that I can’t focus.
How do you get things done when you have hunger pain, especially when you’re eating a surplus!
I try reducing and all that happens is I hobble everywhere because I’m dizzy and my parents yell at me because I do basic chores wrong.
I can’t do any outdoors exercise because I collapse from heat exhaustion very quickly during the summer and my parents don’t trust me in the rain.
I can’t make noise while exercising in the house because my parents would shut that down real fast.
I can’t buy anything because all my income goes to school right now so no gym or different foods.
All I have is silent (any jump causes a thud when I hit the ground and heavy breathing is audible upstairs), non equipment using ( an exercise bike, 2 10lbs weights, and a tv with YouTube), and can be done in my cramped non ventilated basement.
Should also mention that I sweat so much I go blind from the filling of my eyes with sweat while exercising and the carpet gains a puddle below where I exercise.
I’m desperate for ideas
