So I’ve started cutting on April 17th and while I’m not fat by any means I do have a pinch of fat I would like to shed by July. Since then I haven’t anymore than 25 grams of added sugar a day as well as fast food - until I had a beef burrito from Del Taco last night. I was currently on the toilet in pain for a good 15 minutes with diarrhea. I have had this feeling before but found it a bit more painful because with bulking came more days with diarrhea and becoming used to junk food. Now that I’m eating a soild diet (Pho, Bibimbap, sushi, poke, fish) I have been feeling amazing. I have cleaner skin, a less puffed up face, less bloated body. Cutting is superior to bulking - but I sometimes crave a cheeseburger.
