Small backstory before the big question: I used to be over weight when I was younger until I was about 20 (lots of late night eating and over eating). I did the "P90X for 12 weeks" and changed my eating habits which was life changing. Went from 250-180 in 15 weeks!
BUT no matter how hard I've tried. I cannot seem to lose the fast on my love handles and my chest (man boobs, moobs, however you want to phrase it).
This is my first time posting on here and everyone always seems so kind and motivating on here I wanted to get people's takes and advice on the best workouts or methods to try and lose that fat :)
