I’m getting married this December. I am a male and weigh 195 lb and my height is 5’8”. Professionally, I’m a software engineer. So most of my work is at desk. Too many meetings and sometimes honestly too much work. I didn’t have a fix schedule to eat. And my weight gain is not because I eat too much. But I’m not doing things in a right way. At the end of the day, I am sometimes so mentally tired that I don’t like going out or do any physical activities. I want to loose weight before marriage. From 195lb to 160-165lb. Really having difficulties on how to start or make good progress. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
