Pretty soon I will be going to Taiwan and Thailand for 6 weeks, and i am worried. So far i have managed to lose 17kg (37.5 pounds) and i still have a fair bit to go. This is the first time in my life I am actually losing weight and I am still in disbelieve honestly.
Now i love the food in these countries, and it is very affordable. But I don't want to gain back all the weight I lost. So i want to create some guidelines for myself and I could use some advice and suggestions for more.
- Eat at maintenance, not deficit.
- Walk at least an hour every day.
- Drink only water, and loads of it (exception for two bubbles teas)
- Avoid eating a ton of rice/noodles
Both these countries have a big streetfood culture, how do you log calories for that when you don't even know what you are eating half the time?
