Looking for help on caloric intake
Hello, I am a 5’10 around 188 so far and I was wondering how many calories i should be eating everyday. So far i’ve trying to be around 1900-2000 per day trying to lose 2 lb a week and I workout for 5 days 30 min a day as-well as around 5-7k steps.
Is the amount Im eating right now good? or should I adjust it. Ive also been doing really low carb for a while if that affects anything
I’m also not sure how much protein I should be eating if anyone can help with that, from the little research i’ve done I put it around 100 g or so but i’m not really sure if thats right.
