I over at thousands of calories while i was staying with friends this weekend.

They eat mostly take out or heat up pizza in the oven. No whole wheat products and the only vegetable I saw the whole weekend was a piece of lettuce.

My digestive track is seriously hating on me now.

And it is all fine. I logged my calories, really enjoyed the time i spend with my friends and will avoid the scale for a few days untill the water weight from the overload of salt has come of.

Please people, do not be hesitant to enjoy time with friends or enjoy a nice meal out. Don't miss out on life while trying to lose weight.
