Losing Weight, Tips during Graduate School
Post Body

Backstory: I am 5'5, 220 lbs, and I can see how I've changed (physically, mentally and stamina-wise), since my rapid weight gain since 2017 and starting my undergraduate journey. I do stress eat, but I've been consciously trying to cut out deep-fried foods (being from the South, kind of difficult), high-fat dairy, and eating approximately 1900 calories of protein, carbs and veggies and fruits!

I've noticed that through undergrad, I could work out more and maybe lost 10 lbs here and there but nothing consistent.

I'm in graduate school, slammed with deadlines and navigating a transition, and I've gained the last 10 lbs.

In my search for useful weight loss tips, I'm getting a lot for working adults, a typical 9-5 job. However, I don't see many for working and graduate school tips. Does anyone have any recs or experiences working part-time, dealing with school and stress, and getting fitter and losing weight?
