Hello all and thanks in advance for any and all help! I am trying to lose weight and have been enjoying fruit smoothies for breakfast or lunch. Frozen berry mix, ice, water, and sometimes peanut butter.
Is their any protein powder I can toss is to increase my daily protein intake? Hoping a scoop of protein powder in smoothie will also keep me fuller for longer.
I am also open to any and all suggestions for what worked best during your weight loss journey. I know this is about changing my lifestyle and my diet has been awful. Work in progress, but trending in right direction.
